PROOFS: An electronic color proof will be provided no additional charge. (1) Full color paper proof can also be provided at no additional charge, but will extend your turn-around time. Production time begins after receipt of signed proof approval. Verbal approval is not accepted.

SHIPPING: All books are shipped FOB to one location. (You will be notified of shipping origin prior to production) Shipping will be added to your invoice. Estimated weight per 1000 books is 400#. All books are bulked packed in cartons. Please contact us for special shipping needs. Ink Effect shall not be liable for freight carrier delays or damages.

ART WORK: One Time Set-Up Charge: $85.00 (v) Artwork files must be vector
format (common types are EPS or AI files) additional charges will apply for any files that need re-working and will be billed at $65.00 (v) per hour, minimum of 1 hour. We do our best to match PMS colors. PMS colors must be indicated on purchase order and electronic files. Email all artwork to art@inkeffect.com
PRODUCTION TIMES: For orders under 3000: 10-15 working days after signed proof approval. For orders 3000 and over, allow 10-12 weeks after signed proof approval.
RETURNS: Customized Books are NOT RETURNABLE
CANCELLATIONS: Orders are considered binding upon receipt of order via mail, email or fax. Production begins the day after receipt of purchase order.
PRICING: Due to fluctuation in raw material cost, prices are subject to change without notice. You will be notified prior to placement of order. We reserve the right to ship and bill +/- 5% variance on print run.
